Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love what you order from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange within a specified period.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, accessories, beauty products) cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and visit the Order History section to start your return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Sale items are refunded at the purchase price.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification and will arrange a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be subject to additional return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed in the original currency, minus any applicable fees.
